Squire Boone Caverns has been a beloved attraction for generations, and our history as an active farm and grist mill spans over two hundred years. After a lifetime of danger and adventure, Squire Boone, our company’s namesake added ‘miller’ to his long list of titles when he built a grist mill to grind corn and wheat for the early settlers who began farming around Squire Boone Valley. Two centuries later, we still grind corn in the grist mill, grow hay, and maintain livestock in addition to producing our handmade soybean candles and soaps. Our commitment to supporting the agriculture industry through the products we make is rooted deep in our history.
