Our print department is in a separate building on our property here in Southern Indiana. We make all our custom printed souvenirs in house and lead time is very reasonable.

The initial order takes about four weeks to design, layout, make plates, send a digital proof for you to approve etc. Reorders usually take two weeks. During crunch time leading up to spring break, Memorial Day Weekend and July 4 weekend, lead time can get a little longer by as much as an extra two weeks.

The MOQ for each program is approximately $300 and a one-time design charge.

We use your color photos, illustrations, and logos to create product designs for you. If you have an in house art department, we can send templates for them to use when designing your products, however we have the capabilities to do that for you. We have six graphic designers that are very creative.

We can use any type file, PSD ( Photoshop Document), AI ( Adobe Illustrator), PDF, JPG, EPS, TIFF, etc. The size of the photo needs to be a min of 300 DPI ( dots per inch) when enlarged to the size of the product.
