Orders qualifying for Free Freight and shipped by common carrier include shipping to location with a loading dock and unloaded by the receiver. Extra charges for delivering to residential area with no loading dock, requiring a lift gate to unload, notifying before delivery, inside delivery or any other add on charges will be added to invoice.

If there are visible damages or shortages when a shipment is received by common carrier, please note the problem on the bill of lading before signing as received. Before signing, also count the number of boxes and skids to make sure the numbers match what is listed on the bill of lading. If there is a discrepancy, please note it on the bill of lading.
Please report to customer service any damages or shortages within 10 days of receiving a shipment. Save all original boxes and packing material. Delivering carriers may require boxes, packing material and damaged items to be inspected by a field agent before they will issue payment for a damage claim. Customer service will file claims for you with the delivering carrier if damages and missing boxes are reported to customer service within 10 days of receiving shipment and the original box and packing material have been saved for inspection.
No deductions can be taken off invoices without prior authorization from customer service.
No custom imprinted items or food products may be returned for credit.
All other merchandise may be returned for credit at the customer’s expense with prior authorization. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges if they received free freight on the order.
Any custom imprinted orders refused or returned will be subject to full invoice, all freight charges, and/or a redelivery fee. Any other refused or returned merchandise will be invoiced freight costs both ways, plus a 20% restocking fee.
Private label and custom imprint orders require a four-week notice before cancellation. All other orders require a two-week notice before cancellation or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
